The COE Leader for System-wide Recruiting is responsible to continually elevate the delivery and execution of HR services which optimize the candidate experience while maximizing the organization’s talent agenda. Responsible for the management and oversight of all St. Lawrence Health System (SLHS) recruiting. Leads and partners with departmental hiring managers to design recruiting strategies. In concert with hiring managers, recommends and designs marketing and sourcing avenues to meet organizational needs. Directs the management of recruitment, staffing, processes, systems and outcomes. Drives and monitors compliance activities to minimize adverse impact in recruitment and selection processes. Drives recruiting metrics to ensure optimal quality, cost and service outcomes. Is directly accountable for Vendor & Contract Management, reporting, and data analytics. Drives onboarding and retention enterprise wide.
The Learning Leader plans, designs, and delivers technical and professional training and development programs for employees at all levels across the health system, and has a strong focus on organizational and leadership development. This “hands on” and multi-disciplinary leadership role is primarily responsible for developing curriculum and delivering training across multiple platforms geared towards adult learners. Works closely with leadership to design, develop and deploy programs enabling the transformation and implementation of business strategies.
